About Us
Our Beliefs
IBAC’s roots in the Evangelical Free Church of America go back to the founding sponsor church in Alabama, Hope Evangelical Free Church, but the network of ministry relationships extends far beyond any denomination. IBAC holds to the EFCA Statement of Faith.
Broad Partnerships
IBAC’s network of sponsor churches as well as partner communities of pastors and leaders represents a diverse collection of denominations, movements, and theological currents. In our training events, we seek to impart orthodox, Biblical doctrine and practice without over-emphasizing any certain theological perspective while remaining sensitive to the audience’s already held distinctives and beliefs.

EFCA Statement of Faith
Adopted by the Conference on June 19, 2019
The Evangelical Free Church of America is an association of autonomous churches united around these theological convictions:
God
The Bible
The Human Condition
Jesus Christ
The Work of Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ, as our representative and substitute, shed His blood on the cross as the perfect, all-sufficient sacrifice for our sins. His atoning death and victorious resurrection constitute the only ground for salvation.
